What SportsFeed24 Is

SportsFeed24 is a community-powered sports schedule and stream directory. Registered users submit links to live broadcasts hosted on third-party platforms. We index and display these user-submitted URLs but have no possession of or access to the content those links point to. The servers that physically host any video content are operated by parties completely independent of SportsFeed24.

Third-Party Links Disclaimer

• Does not upload or host any video streams, recordings, broadcasts, or media files
• Does not control the third-party servers where linked content resides
• Does not profit from any specific stream or copyrighted broadcast
• Does not cache or create copies of any external media on our infrastructure
• Does not endorse or guarantee the legality of all third-party links submitted by users

For content you believe infringes your copyright, the primary action should be to contact the third-party platform or hosting provider directly, as they physically possess and serve the content.

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown

If you are a copyright owner and believe a link on SportsFeed24 infringes your rights, submit a written notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) containing all of the following:

• Your identity — full legal name, company (if applicable), email, and phone number
• Description of the work — the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The infringing URL(s) — specific page(s) on SportsFeed24 containing the link(s) in question
• Good faith statement — a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the copyright owner or the law
• Accuracy statement — a declaration under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
• Your signature — physical or electronic signature

Our Response Process

• We review the notice to confirm it meets all statutory requirements
• Valid notices result in removal or disabling of the identified link(s) within 48–72 hours
• The user who submitted the link is notified of the removal
• You receive confirmation once the link has been taken down

Incomplete or invalid notices may be disregarded. Submitting a knowingly false DMCA notice may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Repeat Infringer Policy

Users who repeatedly submit links to infringing content will have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated. This policy is maintained in compliance with the safe harbour provisions of the DMCA.
